Evaluating Organisational Performance

Community Knowledge is particularly interested in evaluating organisational performance by:

  • Auditing existing information and knowledge systems to assess how they meet core business objectives.

  • Mapping knowledge sharing and personal social networks of staff, partners and key stakeholders.

  • Nurturing communities of practice as a means of leveraging knowledge within the organisation.

  • Exploring new ways of working where there is a failure to share knowledge effectively.

  • Introducing community technology solutions, which will add value to face-to-face working methods.

A full evaluation of organisational performance can be undertaken within an agreed timescale and a pilot project implemented which can then be monitored by Community Knowledge and independently evaluated.
